1. Anyone can dump any account they have be it level 3 or 138..

2. If the user just posts the username and password of the account, you must state you took the account or you will be banned or infracted.

3. The user dumping reserves the right to give his account to whomever he wants.

4. Have at least FIVE characters in your post, failure to do so will result in your post being deleted.
