my command prompt stopped working

for some reason my command promp just stopped working i typed in ipconfig and 'ipconfig' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

some viruses disable your cmd :/

kk well some hacker got into my system a couple days ago and i have a pretty good anti virus so im pretty sure i got rid of him what should i do???

did you download anything from youtube vids and whats ur anti virus

i use comodo and i dled one of your youtube vids but my anti virus wouldnt let me do anything with else. im pretty sure its from the hacker he was looking at me through the webcam and asked me danced from a messanger. i think im going to get kaspersky.

nice programs what would have happened if i didnt turn off my internet and shut down my computer, and what about my command prmpt

I think there is a way to reenable using regedit ill look for it.
